Fiona Veronique is a Photography MFA student at Rochester Institute of Technology (26’). She is an artist and photographer whose work revolves around longing and the pursuit of the intangible. Her projects often spotlight individuals who yearn for something elusive, from a sense of home to a way of being. Veronique's photographs have been featured in publications such as The New York Times, The 19th News, BOOOOOOOM, Then There Was Us, Musée Magazine, AINTBAD, Capricious Publications, and Oranbeg Press. Her photobook Riddle, an exploration of mythologies in the American West, was published by Antics Publications in 2020. Most recently, Veronique’s photograph was selected for the Palm* Photo Prize 2024 exhibition and her project, The White Handkerchief, was shortlisted for the Athens Photo Festival in 2024. Veronique studied Photography at Pratt Institute (BFA 2015), attended the Eddie Adams Workshop in 2022, and currently resides in Brooklyn, NY.
